Generally, orders ship within 24-48 hours after placing an order online (not usually including weekends and holidays). However special orders and backorders occur often in the custom automotive parts world, which often carry long and ambiguous lead times.
The 24-48 hour rule relies on parts being in stock at the time of the order. Heeltoeauto.com does not usually indicate a stock status online so your order is filled "at will." Meaning, as soon as we can ship it we will.

No problem! Reach out to us and ask about the lead time on your desired item and we'll give you some insider knowledge!
If a part is out of stock it will be obtained or drop-shipped to fill your needs as soon as possible, and oftentimes this falls outside the 24-48 hour statement.
In cases where a part will ship later we will post updates to your order online where you will be kept "up to speed" on when an order is expected to ship.
