Sometimes orders take some time to update. Sometimes parts take a little time to come in. Sometimes parts take a lot of time to come in.
To get an order update online, use the order history function. In the menu click My Corner and Order Details.

You WILL need to be logged in. And yes, you DO have an account. Heeltoe does not accept guest checkouts so definitely this process will work for you. You may need to reset your password if you don't know it.
Once logged in, you can open your order, review updates we've posted, and request an update using the online messaging system.
Some things to be aware of before you make an update request:
- If you are going to email, call, or text us please have your order number ready.
- Before asking for an update please make sure you have checked your email (junk and spam folders included) for recent emails from us that may have been missed.
- If you just placed your order in the last day or so, or if we just came off a weekend...give it another day or so. We try to update all orders proactively!
- If our last update said it would be a general amount of days or weeks to ship but that much time hasn't gone by yet, consider giving us a little more time.
