Sometimes, when you place and order, there is a mistake or an change of plans needed. Heeltoe can handle this!

We just need to confirm your billing ID. This helps us be sure that it really is you making the request and that it is safe to send your alternative address. It helps us be sure someone isn't working with stolen information.

Please send us a message with the following:

• A note letting us know your order number and the 
• A picture of official documentation showing your name and billing address you used to make your order. This could be a driver's license, utility bill, bank statement, or any other official document showing you billing ID. Yes, you should block out info you aren't comfortable sharing.
  • Do not send a picture of your credit card.
• Send us the new shipping address.

If none of that seems favorable to you, we're happy to go ahead send to the billing address you originally ordered under.
