Sure that won't be a problem!
Use the My Corner menu to open your order through the Order History function. On there you can leave us a message and request to cancel your order. We'll review your request and get back with you as soon as possible.
Be aware of the following:
- Special order items may not be able to be canceled. We do review these case by case. We sometimes can make exceptions but there may be a cancelation fee in those cases.
- Your order might have already shipped or may be momentarily shipping. If that is the case it may be too late to cancel.
- We really prefer to change an order instead of straight canceling. We understand there are cases where this may not be possible, but it is please consider a store credit or switching to a different item.
