How do I unlock a Flashpro from a car/VIN if the car is not present?

Normally to unlock a Flashpro, you need to use the Flashpro Manager in your laptop connected to the car, and unlock within the software.

If the car is not present, Hondata MAY be able to assist with the unlocking of a Flashpro. However, there is usually a cost to do this.
