The Accord V6 desperately needs an LSD. Unfortunately there aren't many choices.
Cusco
The Cusco LSD for Accord V6 transmissions is an HPD part, so you have to buy it from HPD (Honda Performance Development).
They will only sell it to you if you have Racing Line account, and you can only get an account if you are running a race team with a dedicated race car in a sanctioned racing series.
Basically, if you want an LSD for you Accord V6 transaxle, Cusco won't sell it to you.
Acura TL OE LSD
Heeltoe offers the LSD from the Acura TL. It fits in the Accord transmission however the ring gear bolt pattern is not the same, so the ring gear must be changed as well. And the TL final drive is different than the Accord one, so that will require a change of the Accord countershaft as well.
Installing the TL final drive in an Accord will change the FD from 3.550 (08-17 models) to 3.29. This would effectively reduce acceleration slightly but give more top speed ability. On a tuned engine this may not be a terrible trait if traction is an issue and if the driver wants better fuel economy.
Adding a counter shaft and ring gear to an LSD purchase may make the job a little pricey.
Heeltoe sells all the parts needed for this conversion.
MFactory
At one point, Heeltoe was investigating production on a differential with MFactroy specific to the Accord. We needed a certain level of interest but we didn't have enough to move forward. We are open to re-evaluating this at any time! Let us know if you want us to start this up again.
